I bought these CD"s for my sister, Eileen as an early birthday present.
She is thoroughly enjoying them! They are a treasure trove of assistance and solace to her as she cares for our 95year old dear mother Rosemary who suffers with dementia. I have many of Fr Emmerich's CD's and I so appreciate his wisdom,integrity, knowledge, humility and his great sense of humor.Thank you Sisters for making these and so many other wonderful CD's available to the public. Fr. Emmerich and his retreats on cd have help revolutionize my life in a most profound way, giving me the peace and strength to endure, and better myself and my interactions with, work, friends, and family, I have purchased several retreat CDs and have even been to one of his retreats in person.

I am eternally grateful for Fr. Emmerich and his retreats.

This cd set has been very helpful to me. Father explains in down to earth ways that we are often confused in how to love God and our neighbor as ourselves, therefore enabling unhealthy and even detrimental behavior, and thinking we are just carrying our cross. I highly recommend this cd set to anyone searching to find out how to make their life and relationships happier and healthier.

I only half way through the series but Fr. Emmrick but I am enjoying the series a lot. Father makes his point with truth and humor. Very solid teaching!

I recommend Detaching with Love to anyone tying to heal from addiction or trying to love someone stuck in addiction. I will listen to this CD set over and over for encouragement in living a virtuous life.

I just can't stop listening to this CD set. I am learning so much. I see myself in many of his examples and his humorous approach is great
