Fr Pecchie was born in Flushing, NY. He entered the college Seminary in 1988 and studied Moral Theology at St Vincent de Paul Seminary, receiving instruction and motivation from Fr. John Hardon.  He moved to Florida with his parents in 1990 where he transferred to the Seminary in the Diocese of St. Petersburg where he was ordained a priest in 1995. He currently serves as Pastor of St Patrick's Catholic Church in Largo where he also oversees the Catholic school functions.

Anyone who has had the privilege of hearing him speak can attest to his untiring defense of the unborn and his no-nonsense Catholicism. His homilies at Mass are both powerful and unapologetically centered on the teachings of the Magisterium.
